Spring Fling #6

I'm back from my Spring Training trip. Today is a day to relax and recover. But if the weather holds I plan to spend the afternoon on the golf course, or at least on the range with a XL bucket. It's how I have always found relaxation. I haven't been out with my clubs in quite awhile and today seem like the perfect opportunity.

This postcard was stuck in a box I was going through a week or two ago. It struck me as being the perfect combo of baseball and spring training. In Babe's time (and today I suppose) players had the chance to get away from baseball in tropical climates and enjoy themselves. I have no idea what this shot is all about but it appears to be some publicity stunt in progress. It might make for a nice 'Caption This" post.
