1959 Topps Regular card
I looked at my post totals yesterday and realized that my next one would be #755. Add in the 579 in did for the '59 Topps blog and the 600 or so I've done for my fantasy league blogs and that runs over 1900 posts. I'd venture a guess that out of all those posts not ten of them were published without a misspelling, typo or botched sentence. Such is life with cheap editing help.
But since 755 is a significant baseball number I scrounged up every Hammer card scan I could find on my computer. Here they are. Enjoy the greatness that is Henry '755' Aaron. The once and always King of Home Runs!

Great post, Bob. Love those Aarons.
ReplyDeleteI think the 1958 is my favorite Hank Aaron card- the green is so calming. I really like his 1961 base card as well.
ReplyDeleteGreat stuff, still the best home run hitter of all-time. Suck it Bonds!
ReplyDeleteNow I know why I didn't do this post: It wouldn't be very impressive with 4 Aarons from the '70s.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the 755. Nice Hammerin Hank collection.
